Cloud8 was born in New Zealand, a land known for its purity, healing landscapes, and the world’s finest Manuka honey.

Our founder, Stuart, is a true Kiwi—raised in a small town on New Zealand’s North Island, where the air is crisp, the land untouched, and wellness is simply a way of life. As a boy, Stuart dreamed of becoming a professional road cyclist. He trained for years, pushing his limits, even as he battled asthma. Eventually, it was a combination of disciplined training and clean, natural nutrition that helped him overcome it.

Although he didn’t become a professional athlete, he grew into something else entirely—a father, and later, an entrepreneur with a mission.

Cloud8 began as a personal project: to create a clean, non-stimulant performance drink for his 13-year-old son, who had inherited his passion for competitive cycling. The market was flooded with aggressive, synthetic energy drinks—none of which were suitable for a growing teenager. In search of something better, Stuart turned to traditional New Zealand botanicals. What he discovered changed everything.

The power of these native herbs and ingredients—combined with modern nutritional science—inspired the foundation of Cloud8: a brand rooted in nature, powered by purpose.
